Key Responsibilities:



Connect with Prospective Students

: Initiate and respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries to understand student expectations, learning goals, and career plans.

Educational Guidance:

Break down the various UG/PG program features, curriculum details, skill outcomes, and industry relevance in a clear and relatable manner.

Admissions Consulting:

Support applicants with eligibility clarification, documentation requirements, fee-related queries, and enrollment steps.

Follow-Up & Engagement:

Build trust through consistent follow-ups, nurturing leads from inquiry to successful admission.

CRM Management:

Ensure all student conversations, lead updates, and follow-up actions are accurately recorded in the CRM platform.

Goal Orientation:

Contribute to monthly admissions and counseling targets while maintaining quality, transparency, and student satisfaction.

Qualifications :



Bachelor's degree in any field. 0-2 years of experience in counseling, customer handling, or a related field. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent English speaking ability with strong listening and interpersonal skills. A proactive, solution-driven attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven setting.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
