Clearly explain various UG/PG program offerings, curriculum structure, learning outcomes, and career prospects in a student-friendly manner.
Provide guidance on eligibility criteria, documentation and application steps.
Track student progress throughout the inquiry-to-enrollment journey, ensuring consistent communication and timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Work toward monthly enrollment targets while ensuring high levels of student satisfaction and quality guidance.
Provide insights on student concerns, frequently asked questions, and market trends to help improve program offerings and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
0.6-3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, academic advising, customer service, or a related field (freshers welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening and empathy.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude.
