Required Skills :
Graduate in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in counseling, admissions support, academic advising, or customer service (freshers encouraged to apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to listen and empathize.
Comfortable working with targets, structured workflows, and CRM tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
