Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and conversion details.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver excellent customer experience through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory
(any discipline).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and counselling ability.
0-2 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles (freshers are welcome).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
