Guide students through the enrollment journey--from initial inquiry to final admission.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong conversion rates through consistent communication and relationship building.
Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
0-2 years in student counseling, academic advising, inside sales, or EdTech admissions.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
