Provide personalized guidance by assessing candidates' skills, strengths, and goals, and recommending suitable courses, universities, or career pathways.
Educate candidates on program offerings, fee structures, curriculum details, and potential career outcomes to help them make informed decisions.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering mentorship and support throughout the candidate's decision-making and enrollment journey.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, candidate profiles, and follow-ups in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly goals related to counseling effectiveness, enrollments, and student satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in career counseling, academic advising, or student support.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent

Basic understanding of
