Offer detailed insights into course options, university partnerships, learning outcomes, and potential career trajectories to help candidates make informed decisions.
Act as a trusted mentor and advisor, supporting students throughout their decision-making process and ensuring a positive counseling experience.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, candidate profiles, and follow-ups in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly counseling or enrollment goals, contributing to the overall success of the admissions and career services department.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-2 years of experience in career counseling, student advisory, or academic counseling. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Empathetic and student-centered approach with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
