Provide comprehensive and easy-to-understand details about program content, admission requirements, financial options, and future career prospects.
Student Engagement:
Communicate with students across multiple platforms--phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat--to address queries and offer real-time support.
Application Assistance:
Support students throughout the enrollment lifecycle, from initial inquiry and application submission to final registration and onboarding.
Relationship Building:
Foster trust and build long-term rapport with leads through timely follow-ups and insightful conversations that keep students motivated.
Data Tracking:
Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions using CRM tools to monitor student progress and inform strategic outreach.
Performance Goals:
Collaborate with team members to meet enrollment objectives while ensuring each student's experience remains personalized and positive.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in any field; specialization in Education, Psychology, or Communication is advantageous
Strong communication abilities in English, both verbal and written
Empathetic, approachable, and able to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic understanding of CRM platforms or lead management software is a plus
Passionate about education and committed to student success
