Guide students by recommending personalized learning paths based on their unique needs.
Clearly explain program details--curriculum, class schedules, pricing, and how to enroll.
Support candidates throughout the admissions process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Keep accurate and timely records of all student interactions using our CRM tools.
Help drive enrollment by meeting monthly targets through consultative outreach and consistent follow-up.
Build trust through empathy, active listening, and genuine guidance.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (recent grads are welcome!).
0-2 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, education sales, or a similar student-facing role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A people person--able to connect, engage, and build meaningful relationships.
Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (we'll train you if needed!).
