What You'll Do:
Engage in personalized one-on-one conversations with students and working professionals to understand their goals and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
Offer clear guidance on program content, career prospects, tuition, and the application process.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, offering step-by-step enrollment support.
Foster trust and maintain regular follow-up with students to ensure they feel supported and informed throughout the decision-making process.
Use CRM tools to accurately log interactions, track progress, and update student profiles.
Partner with the Admissions and Sales teams to contribute to team targets and enrollment goals.
Keep up with changes in academic offerings and market trends to deliver current and valuable insights to prospective students.
Who You Are:
A graduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields).
0-2 years of experience in student counseling, inside sales, or the EdTech sector.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working with timelines and KPIs.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic reporting is a bonus.
