Conduct personalized counseling sessions to help students and professionals identify academic and career paths aligned with their interests and goals.
Recommend appropriate UG/PG programs, clearly explaining course content, career outcomes, fee structures, and admission processes.
Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms; follow up with leads to guide them through the decision-making and enrollment process.
Build trust through consistent, empathetic communication and provide ongoing support throughout the student journey.
Maintain accurate records of all student interactions, feedback, and progress using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the admissions and sales teams to meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Stay updated on program offerings, industry trends, and student needs to provide high-quality guidance.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Counseling preferred).
0-2 years of experience in counseling, educational sales, or EdTech.
(Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.)
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
A goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
Comfort with using CRM tools, MIS reporting and maintaining student data (preferred).
