Job Details::

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Resolve the queries of the lead Describe them in clear detail about the program they have enrolled for Convert the leads and onboard them. Work with students/Mentee on their needs for career development. Handling Telephonic queries from the signups. Converting leads to buying appropriate subscriptions and courses offered by the platform. Providing after sales assistance and onboard them. Connecting with users for informing about interviews,events,sessions and/or courses. Conduct one-on-one and group career counselling sessions. Administer and interpret career assessment tools (e.g., aptitude tests, personality tests). Assist clients in setting career goals and creating actionable plans. Provide information on education options, vocational training, and job opportunities. Guide students or clients on resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
