Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on academic and career paths aligned with their interests.
Recommend suitable UG/PG programs and explain course details, fees, and admission processes.
Handle calls, follow up with leads, and drive conversion.
Build trust and maintain regular communication throughout the enrollment process.
Update student records and progress in CRM.
Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (education or counseling background preferred).
0 - 2 years of experience in counseling, EdTech, or educational sales.
Freshers can also apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven, organized, and student-focused.
CRM experience is a plus.
