Support students throughout the entire admissions lifecycle--from first conversation to final enrollment--ensuring a smooth, informative, and encouraging process.
Follow up consistently and thoughtfully to resolve student queries, maintain engagement, and increase conversion rates through trust-based communication.
Work closely with counseling, marketing, and product teams to improve our student advisory approach using real-time feedback and behavior patterns.
Keep up with changes in global education, career trends, and emerging fields to offer students current and practical advice.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in selling UG/PG courses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for helping students succeed academically and professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
