Job Responsibilities:
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling
Follow up with prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
Guide students on suitable course options
Make outbound calls to prospective students
Participate in promotional and marketing events
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Smart, confident, and presentable personality
Team player with a positive attitude
Prior experience in telecalling or student counselling will be an added advantage
