Ltd.Location: M G Road, BangalorePosition: Admission CounsellorExperience: 6 months - 2 yearsAge Criteria: Below 30 yearsJoining: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our student enrolment team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose the right academic programs offered by UNext Learning Pvt. Ltd.Key Responsibilities- Counsel and guide prospective students about academic programs, course offerings, and admission processes.- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in queries regarding admissions.- Convert leads into successful enrolments through effective communication and counselling.- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address student and parent queries effectively.- Achieve individual and team enrolment targets within specified timelines.- Maintain records of student interactions and report daily progress to the manager.- Support students throughout the admission process to ensure a smooth enrolment experience.Skills & Requirements- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in admission counselling, inside sales, or academic counselling.- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in both is mandatory).- Good convincing and interpersonal skills with a student-first approach.- Ability to handle queries, escalations, and ensure student satisfaction.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.- Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.- Should be an immediate joiner.Working ConditionsLocation: Indiranagar, Bangalore6-day working (including weekends, with a weekday off)Age: Below 30 years (ref:updazz.com)
