We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Career Counselor to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide personalized career guidance to students pursuing higher education in fields such as MBBS, Engineering, Master's, and PhD programs -- both in India and abroad.
You will work closely with students to understand their skills, interests, and aspirations, and help them design a strategic and realistic career roadmap. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of global education and job markets, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Career Assessments:
Evaluate students' skills, interests, and values to identify suitable academic and career paths.
Provide Personalized Guidance:
Advise on career planning, exploration, and decision-making aligned with students' goals.
Develop Career Roadmaps:
Create customized plans outlining short-term and long-term goals, including education and job search strategies.
Application Support:
Assist students with SOPs, resumes, cover letters, recommendation letters, and interview preparation.
Lead Workshops & Sessions:
Organize group counseling sessions and skill-building workshops focused on professional growth.
Stay Updated on Trends:
Track developments in the global job market, emerging career opportunities, and higher education programs.
Collaborate with Experts:
Coordinate with internal teams, universities, and industry professionals to ensure a holistic counseling approach.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
Proven experience as a Career Counselor, Academic Advisor, or in a similar student-support role.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with career assessment tools and understanding of higher education systems in India and abroad.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with diverse individuals and age groups.
Salary:
Compensation will depend on your experience and will be finalized based on interview performance.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
