Key responsibilities

Student assessment and guidance:

Conduct comprehensive career assessments to evaluate students' skills, interests, and goals. Provide personalized one-on-one counseling on educational and career opportunities. Assist with academic planning, including course selection and registration.

Planning and development:

Develop personalized educational plans and long-term career plans for students. Help students set educational goals and make informed decisions about their future.

Collaboration and outreach:

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support student progress. Conduct workshops and informational sessions for students and parents on educational and career topics. Stay informed about current educational programs, scholarships, industry trends, and labor market needs.

Record keeping and support:

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. Respond to student needs and act as a point of contact for academic and personal concerns.
Required skills and qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills. Empathy, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in career counseling or a related field is beneficial. Only Female candidates are required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
