Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group career counselling sessions
Assess students' interests, skills, and career goals
Guide students on academic programs, career paths, and job opportunities
Assist with college/university admissions and application processes
Conduct career guidance workshops and seminars
Maintain student counselling records and follow-ups
Coordinate with academic departments and placement teams
Stay updated on industry trends, courses, and employment opportunities
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good counselling and listening abilities
Ability to guide and motivate students
Knowledge of education systems and career pathways
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, HR, or related field
Certification in Career Counselling (preferred)
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in career counselling, academic counselling, or a related role
Freshers with relevant training
