Arena Animation Jalandhar is looking for a dynamic and motivated career counselor to guide students in exploring career opportunities in the fields of animation, VFX, gaming, graphics, web, and multimedia. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions by providing proper guidance about our courses and career scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding course offerings, career opportunities, and industry trends.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads effectively.
Conduct career guidance sessions, presentations, and one-to-one counseling.
Maintain student records and follow up with prospective candidates.
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams for student engagement activities.
Stay updated on animation, VFX, and multimedia industry career paths.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (an educational background in counselling/management will be a plus).
Prior experience as an academic counselor/career advisor/education counselorpreferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Punjabi preferred).
Strong convincing and presentation skills.
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
Proficient in MS-Office and basic computer operations.
