Job Description
- Should maintain repo build with client to close the lead.
- To do entry in CRM and maintain other records.
- Organizing and participating actively on & off campus Events & functions.
- Ensuring proper handling of all queries and walk-ins by effective counseling.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer services.
- Update daily /weekly/monthly report and send it to Branch Sales Manager/Branch Head. Overall responsibility for the sales growth of the Branch.
- Follow new changes and Methods for counseling and follow up to grow the business of the assigned Branch.
- Calling for new lead generation and calling for follow ups after counseling. Supporting the sales team for Seminar and Workshop.
- Train Tele caller how to take calls, identify quality leads and convenience targeted audiences to visit Branch.
- Take a report from a Tele caller everyday and make sure no any missed activities in CRM.
- Any graduate
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience proven experience as counselor
- Most preferable Academic counselor
- Communication Skills
- Convincing skill
- Negotiation Skills
- Face-Value
