Experience - minimum 1 year in counseling

skills - Good communication skills english & hindi.

Salary:- (10000 to 20000 fix) + incentives+ performance bonus+ yearly bonus

office time - 10am to 6:30 pm ( Sunday weekly off)

location - Vijay nagar, indore.

Work details:-

The Counselor acts as the first point of contact for candidates interested in banking careers. You will evaluate their eligibility, explain the curriculum of the paid program, and convince them of the value of the investment to secure a job in the private or public banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

Career Mapping: Conduct one-on-one sessions to help candidates understand different banking roles (e.g., Relationship Manager, Operations, Wealth Management).

Program Consulting (Sales): Explain the features of the paid training program--such as 100% placement assistance, certifications (JAIIB/CAIIB), and hands-on software training (Finacle/Tally).

Eligibility Assessment: Review academic backgrounds and communication skills to ensure the candidate meets the hiring criteria of partner banks.

Admission Management: Handle the end-to-end enrollment process, including fee collection, documentation, and loan/EMI assistance for the course fee.

Lead Conversion: Follow up with "warm leads" (people who inquired online) to meet monthly enrollment targets.

Placement Coordination: Act as a bridge between the student and the placement cell to ensure the student is prepared for mock interviews and bank exams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Educational Background

Minimum: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, or BA).

Preferred: MBA in Marketing or HR, or prior experience in a Banking/EdTech sales role.
