Responsibilities:-

Individualized Counseling:

Provide one-on-one or group counseling to help clients explore career options, set goals, and develop action plans.

Career Assessments:

Administer and interpret assessments to identify client strengths, interests, values, and personality traits.

Job Search Support:

Help clients develop resumes, cover letters, and interview skills.

Resource and Information Provision:

Provide information on various career paths, educational opportunities, and job market trends.

Goal Setting and Planning:

Assist clients in setting SMART goals and developing strategies to achieve them.

Networking and Referrals:

Connect clients with potential employers and relevant resources.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work with other professionals, such as educators, employers, and community agencies, to support clients' career development.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track client outcomes and use data to evaluate program effectiveness.

Ethical Practice:

Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional counseling standards.

Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about current trends in career development and job market dynamics.
