Job Summary

As a Career Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals through career exploration and development. You will provide support and resources to help students and professionals make informed decisions about their career paths.

Duties

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to assess career goals and develop action plans Utilize tools such as PeopleSoft and Ellucian to track student progress and maintain accurate records Provide academic advising related to career choices and course selection Deliver public speaking engagements on career-related topics Collaborate with educational institutions to recruit students for career programs Analyze data to identify trends in student career interests and outcomes Educate individuals on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview skills

Experience

Previous experience in career counseling or related field Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse populations Familiarity with academic advising practices Experience working with students or professionals in an educational setting

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
