Student Counseling and Guidance:
Conduct individual counselling sessions to understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and study abroad goals.
Provide comprehensive information about study abroad options, including universities, courses, and application processes.
Academic and Career Consultation:
Evaluate students' strengths, interests, and academic achievements to recommend suitable courses and universities.
Offer insights into career prospects and potential pathways associated with various fields of study.
Make outbound cold calls to prospective students and parents using data provided by the company.
Cold calls to prospective students and their families to introduce available study abroad programs, counselling services, and upcoming events or webinars.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions.
Participate in and occasionally conduct seminars, webinars, and education fairs to promote study abroad opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the career counseling or education industry.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
