We are seeking a dynamic Career Counselor to join our team and elevate our online presence, engaging with prospective students and stakeholders effectively across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the educational aspirations and needs of prospective students to recommend suitable programs.
Guide students through the application process, including eligibility, documentation, and admissions timelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in education or marketing is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, or counseling roles is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
Ability to understand and empathize with students' needs and aspirations.
Ability to multitask and work towards deadlines in a target-driven environment.
