Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our Junior College team. In this role, you will connect with 10th standard students and their parents, generate and nurture leads through outbound calls, and guide them through the complete admission process for FYJC and SYJC programs. You'll play a key role in helping students choose the right academic path and ensuring a smooth, informed enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic, online, and in-person counseling sessions.
Guide students based on education and career goals
Convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain leads & follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate with academic & operations teams for onboarding
Participate in college visits, events & outreach activities
Achieve monthly enrollment targets while providing regular reports and feedback to the reporting manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in counseling, telecalling, or educational sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, listening, and presentation abilities.
Comfortable working with targets and timelines.
Proactive attitude with the ability to handle student and parent queries patiently and confidently.
