Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented
Career Counselor
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will guide students and professionals in selecting the right educational programs and career paths, while also meeting admission and enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional counseling to students and working professionals regarding educational courses and career opportunities.
Conduct telephonic, online, and in-person counseling sessions.
Explain program details, admission processes, and eligibility criteria to prospective candidates.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure conversion.
Maintain proper documentation and update CRM with candidate information.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling, sales, or academic advising (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
