Manage Sales processes to engage and recruit students to foreign universities, develop and maintain key institutional partnerships.
Key responsibilities (will vary as per profile):
Managing activities contributing to student enrollment. Such as counselling parents, group of students and giving detailed information about courses and universities.
Analyzing and forecasting market demand and student admission trends.
Building relationships with prospective clients through various mediums to aid and expedite conversion.
Organizing events; representing the company at trade shows, education fairs and other events.
Lead and database management.
Brand and touchpoint management
Knowledge, abilities and skills:
Presentable, with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and at least two regional languages preferred.
Sales and persuasion skills; People skills, along with the ability to quickly develop a rapport with prospective clients and institutional partners.
Being able to manage multiple tasks within a small, interconnected work-environment.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Ability to prioritize, organize and maintain lead and client records.
Ability and the willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Freshers are welcomed
