Senior Career Consultants/Counsellors

who are passionate about guiding individuals toward fulfilling academic and career paths.

Role: Senior Career Consultant / Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions with students, graduates, and working professionals. Analyze and interpret psychometric and biometric (DMIT) assessments to recommend suitable career paths. Guide clients through academic planning, career exploration, stream selection, and goal setting. Provide personalized recommendations based on aptitude, interest, personality, and intelligence profiles. Lead seminars, webinars, and presentations for schools, colleges, and corporate clients. Assist in building and enhancing Brainwonders' counselling methodology and resource materials. Maintain client records, prepare career reports, and manage post-counselling follow-ups. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Address client queries and provide ongoing support as needed.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related field (Ph.D. is a plus). 2+ years of experience in career counselling, education, or psychology. Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychometric/aptitude assessments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Ability to handle client sessions independently and manage multiple cases. Passionate about career development and student success. Knowledge of Brainwonders services (especially DMIT) is an advantage. Willingness to occasionally travel for seminars, workshops, and client meetings.
