Ideal Candidate:
1.
Graduate or Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, or Counseling (or related fields).
2.
Minimum 3 years of experience in counseling is preferred and will be an added advantage.
3.
Strong communication and listening skills.
4.
Fluent in Hindi; familiarity with the local dialect is a plus.
5.
Preference will be given to candidates from Kurukshetra constituency.
6.
Comfortable traveling and working in rural and semi-urban environments.
A genuine passion for youth development and social impact.

Pay: ₹10,550.42 - ₹38,057.92 per month
