Ideal Candidate:
1.? ?Graduate or Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, or Counseling (or related fields).
2.? ?Minimum 3 years of experience in counseling is preferred and will be an added advantage.
3.? ?Strong communication and listening skills.
4.? ?Fluent in Hindi; familiarity with the local dialect is a plus.
5.? ?Preference will be given to candidates from Kurukshetra constituency.
6.? ?Comfortable traveling and working in rural and semi-urban environments.
