About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Work from Office team as Career Counselors for CDA. The role involves engaging with potential learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards suitable learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective learners through calls, messages, and online platforms. Understand learner requirements, career aspirations, and recommend the right courses. Guide learners through the enrollment process and highlight the benefits of CDA programs. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets. Build strong follow-ups to ensure conversions and smooth onboarding. Share regular performance and pipeline updates with the team lead.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
