Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with parents and students through tele-calling and counseling sessions. Understand student needs and recommend suitable online or offline learning programs. Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets. Follow up on leads generated through calls, events, and promotional activities while maintaining accurate records. Manage and update the student database efficiently. Convert assigned leads into confirmed enrollments through inbound, outbound, and follow-up calls. Collaborate with the team to maximize conversions and meet overall sales goals. Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with students and parents. Utilize CRM software and digital tools to track, monitor, and improve student engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. 0-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar roles (EdTech experience preferred). Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. Strong organizational and database management skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform well under pressure. A quick learner with a positive and growth-oriented mindset.
