We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Career Counselor

to join our team. The primary responsibility is to contact potential leads, inform them about our courses (e.g., Digital Marketing, Office Management, etc.), and guide them through the enrollment process. You will assist in converting leads into enrollments, ensuring students choose the right program based on their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to leads via phone and email to inform them about available courses. Convert leads into enrolled students by addressing their concerns and guiding them through the enrollment process. Provide 100% placement assistance, ensuring students receive the support needed to secure a job after course completion. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in counseling, sales, or customer service. Strong persuasion and conversion skills. Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Office Management courses is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,927.36 - ₹31,171.64 per month
