The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in choosing the right learning programs to enhance their career prospects. Your primary focus will be on understanding the aspirations of learners and offering them the best solutions from our courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide career counseling to prospective learners through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of NearLearn's course offerings and industry trends.
Follow up with leads and assist them throughout the enrollment process.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet enrollment targets.
Address queries related to course content, schedules, and payment options.
Build and maintain positive relationships with learners for future referrals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Education or Psychology preferred).
1-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service in EdTech or related sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to empathize and understand student goals.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
