Career Counsellor

to guide students toward suitable academic and career paths. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with excellent interpersonal and convincing skills, capable of building rapport with students and parents alike.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about educational options, courses, and career paths Provide detailed information about the institution's courses, admission process, and campus facilities Understand students' interests and guide them toward the right academic choices Handle enquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and school/college outreach programs Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions Maintain student databases and counselling records Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions Assist with organizing career guidance seminars, webinars, and admission drives

Skills and Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (education/counselling/management background preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills Ability to work under targets and manage multiple student cases Good listening skills, empathy, and patience with students and parents Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred) Freshers with the right skills and attitude are encouraged to apply
