Career Counselor
Location: Aligarh
Duration: 6 Months Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Career Counselors who can guide students in making the right academic and career decisions. If you enjoy mentoring, counseling, and helping students build strong futures--this role is perfect for you!
As a Career Counselor, you will counsel, mentor, and assist students in identifying suitable career paths. During the internship, you will also enhance your communication and interpersonal skills through structured training.
Key Responsibilities
Guide students in understanding academic & career opportunities
Conduct counseling sessions on higher education, career choices & skill development
Help students create study plans, career roadmaps & preparation strategies
Maintain student progress reports and records
Conduct workshops, seminars & interactive sessions for students
Coordinate with faculty & management for smooth counseling processes
Eligibility & Requirements
? Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D (Engineering background preferred)
? Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
? Passion for mentoring, guiding, and supporting students
