Job Overview

RankBloc Services is seeking a dynamic and motivated Career Counselor to join our team. As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals in their career development journey. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in career counseling.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in career counseling or a related field
• Knowledge of Inside Sales, ed tech sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to empathize and understand the needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their careers
• Experience in admissions counseling is an advantage

• Provide career counseling and guidance to individuals, helping them explore and define career goals
• Assist individuals in identifying their skills, interests, and strengths, and align them with suitable career paths
• Conduct assessments and administer career-related tests to assess individuals\' aptitude and interests
• Collaborate with individuals to create personalized career development plans and strategies
• Offer support and guidance in job search techniques, including resume writing, interview skills, and networking
• Stay up-to-date with current job market trends and career opportunities in various industries
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, employers, and industry professionals
• Organize and participate in career development workshops, events, and fairs
• Track and evaluate individuals\' progress and success in achieving career goals
