Urgent requirement for Customer Care Executive with good communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi. Responsible for taking every inquiry with previous follow-ups and addressing any issues or concerns within the defined scope of support. Responsibilities and Duties
Communicate on calls and through emails for all inquiries.
Proactive followup on all pending queries or inquiries.
Sharing daily basis inquires record and followup status with the internal department.
Handling any complaints or questions and arrive at the solution as soon as possible with the corresponding response.
Address any walk-in inquiries.
Consult the superior in regard to any escalations.
To complete and deliver and delegation that has been given by superiors.
Ensure proper documentation.
