Counsel students and parents regarding MAAC courses, career paths, and admission procedures.
Conduct face-to-face and telephonic counselling sessions for walk-ins and inquiries.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested students until admission closure.
Understand student goals and suggest the right course as per aptitude and career interest.
Work in alignment with the
Sales Head
and report daily progress and conversions.
Manage leads and maintain data records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Ensure smooth coordination with the academic and admin teams for enrolled students.
Required Candidate Profile
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in student counselling or educational sales.
Excellent communication & convincing skills (English and Hindi).
Confident in interacting with
students and parents
both.
Strong understanding of career-oriented courses like Animation, VFX, Multimedia, or Design.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined professional.
Should be comfortable working under supervision of the
Sales Head
.
