Roles & Responsibilities

Advice undergraduate and graduate level students on career development and on career paths after university graduation.
Provide insights on useful coursework and degree programs supporting career aspirations.
Offer focus and clarity to struggling students in selecting career paths and majors.
Monitor students progress and report to determined potential problems.
Prepare reports for Dean, Placement & Training on general issues to be addressed for improving overall academic & career performance.
Advice undergraduate and graduate level students on career development and prospects after university graduation.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor\'s degree in any specialization

Experience & Skill Set:
At least 3 years of experience working with undergraduate and graduate level students in a university setting, providing career counselling.

Ability to remain neutral when dealing with sensitive situations.

Excellent tact, diplomacy and resolution skills.

Align with the vision and efforts of Placement & Training office.
