We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident

Career Counselor

to join our team at

SyStos Technology

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and candidates about career opportunities in IT and helping them choose the right career path based on their skills and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide students/candidates about available job and internship opportunities in IT. Understand candidate profiles and match them with suitable roles. Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Coordinate with the HR and recruitment teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain data records and follow up with interested candidates.

Qualifications & Skills:

Up to 6 months of experience in counseling, telecalling, or student coordination. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of IT job roles and career options. Confident, target-oriented, and good at relationship building.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
