Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, emerging careers, and job market requirements.
Help clients build resumes, portfolios, and interview preparation plans.
Organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and group counselling sessions.
Track student progress, maintain counselling records, and follow up for success outcomes.
Provide guidance on overseas education options (if applicable).
Collaborate with placement teams, trainers, and institutions to ensure end-to-end support.
Provide empathetic, unbiased, and professional guidance aligned with ethical counselling practices.
