Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions for NEET aspirants and their parents.
Guide students through NEET admission processes, college selection, and form filling.
Stay updated with the latest rules, cut-offs, seat matrix, and counselling guidelines.
Assist students in setting realistic career goals and creating action plans.
Address queries related to courses, eligibility, fees, and future career scope.
Maintain counselling records and track students' progress.
Handle student/parent calling through CRM - timely follow-ups, lead nurturing, and query resolution.
Ensure accurate data entry, status updates, and activity tracking in CRM.
Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams for outreach activities.
