. We are looking for a dynamic

Career Counselor

to guide and mentor students in making the right career choices.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about various competitive exams and career paths.

Understand students' academic background, career aspirations, and suggest suitable programs.

Convert student inquiries into enrollments through effective guidance.

Conduct seminars, workshops, and career counseling sessions in schools and colleges.

Maintain follow-ups with students and parents to ensure successful onboarding.

Stay updated with the latest trends in competitive exams and higher education.


Cold Calling and counselling the students for the programs we run at the centre.

Work closely with the sales and academic teams to ensure student success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years

of experience in career counseling or education sales.
Excellent

communication and persuasion skills

.
Ability to engage with students, parents, and school administrators.
Proficiency in

MS Office and CRM tools

for maintaining student records.
Passion for education and mentoring students.
