Empathy, active listening, and non-judgmental approach
Knowledge of modern career trends and skill pathways
Preferred
Experience in school/college counselling or career guidance centres
Familiarity with globally recognized assessments (MBTI, DMIT, psychometric tests, etc.)
Knowledge of admission processes, scholarships & overseas education (if relevant)
3) Child Psychologist
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological evaluations for children & adolescents
Provide individual counselling and therapy sessions
Develop tailored treatment plans for behavioural, emotional, and developmental concerns
Address issues such as:
Anxiety & mood concerns
Behavioural issues (defiance, aggression, tantrums)
Learning difficulties
ADHD/Autism-related behavioral support
Social & peer challenges
Trauma, bullying, grief, separation anxiety
Administer and interpret psychological tests:
IQ test
Developmental assessments
Behavioural checklists
Learning difficulty screening tools
Maintain accurate case notes and reports
Plan and conduct parental counselling & family support sessions
Collaborate with teachers, paediatricians, and therapists (OT, speech therapist, special educator)
Conduct child development awareness programs/workshops
Ensure ethical practice and child-safety protocols
