We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Career Counselor to guide students and professionals in making informed career decisions. The ideal candidate will help individuals understand their skills, interests, and career goals, and recommend suitable education, training, or job opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions Assess clients' skills, interests, and career aspirations Provide guidance on career paths, education, and job options Assist with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies Maintain client records and follow up on progress Stay updated on job market trends and educational programs
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, HR, or related field Experience in career counseling, HR, or student advising preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and guide individuals Basic computer and documentation skills
Salary: ?30,000 - ?40,000 per month
