Career Counselling for students and schools when required. 2. Understand the needs of schools and students: The candidate should demonstrate an understanding of the specific requirements of educational institutions and their students. 3. Understanding of educational sales. 4. Strong communication and presentation skills: The candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in delivering effective presentations. 5. Build a strong network with school decision-makers: The candidate should establish and maintain valuable connections with key stakeholders in schools, particularly decision-makers such as principals and administrators. 6. Conduct product webinars, demos, and orientations: The candidate should be able to organize and deliver informative and engaging webinars, product demonstrations, and orientation sessions for schools. 7. Collaborate with school staff and stakeholders: The candidate should effectively communicate and collaborate with school staff and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and implementation process. 8. Maintain ongoing communication with management: The candidate should maintain regular and proactive communication with management throughout the entire process, from initiation to closure, to ensure a successful outcome. 9. Negotiate deals and purchase agreements: The candidate should possess strong negotiation skills to facilitate the closing of deals and purchase agreements in a mutually beneficial manner. 10.Assist in training career counselors: The candidate may be involved in providing training to career counselors, enabling them to better understand the needs of schools and students and effectively support them in making informed decisions. Skills Required: Excellent in oral and written communication. Good at presentation. Negotiation skills Leadership Skills Understanding of education sector Social media Connections. Requirements:

• Degree from Psychology/HR/MSW

• Prior experience in training

Additional Information: Work Hours: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Days: Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday) Employment Type: Full-time (permanent) Salary: 6LPA-8LPA Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9600,000.00 - 9800,000.00 per year Benefits:
