Conduct personalized counseling sessions to assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs aligned with their aspirations.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the admission journey by offering guidance, timely follow-ups, reminders, and motivation until successful enrollment.
Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets while maintaining high standards of service quality and student satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions, follow-ups, and progress using the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission experience for students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience: 0-2 years. (Prior experience in admissions, academic counseling, customer engagement, inside sales, or a related role is preferred).
Fresh graduates passionate about guiding students and shaping their academic and career paths are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion skills with an empathetic and student-centric approach.
