About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Career Counselor who can guide students and professionals toward the right courses while driving sales. This role involves counseling, cold calling, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to potential learners and explain available courses. Understand the student's career goals and counsel them on suitable programs. Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups. Maintain and update lead records in CRM. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals. Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and enrollment processes. Build and maintain relationships with prospective students.
Requirements

Minimum Graduation is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling or sales. Excellent communication skills in English/Hindi. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
